Linguist, language educator & founder of KlinikDeutschIn 25 years as a language teacher and lecturer I have seen highly qualified medical professionals from abroad come to Germany with skill, heart and real commitment. What they need is the language of their profession at exam level, and that is exactly what I have been teaching for more than 15 years.
As a linguist and telc-licensed examiner for medical German C1 and nursing German B2 I know: medical German is a language of its own. It is born in everyday hospital work, at handover, in conversations between doctors, in communication with patients, and that is exactly where it is trained.
I founded KlinikDeutsch so that this language competence is within reach of everyone willing to work for it: with an AI tutor that answers at any time of day or night, with mock exams I know from the examiner’s side, and with live classes in which I correct personally.
With MyGermanWay, my company for the placement and integration of international healthcare professionals, I know both sides: the hospitals that need staff and the professionals who want to arrive. That knowledge is in every lesson.
